A Rich Girls Life

The hot breezy air
The delicious candy
My brand new bear
And the adults brandy

Lying back
In a tropical palace
With Santas sack
My friends will be jealous

It’s a rich girls life
Every ones dream
No chores for the wife
‘cause a butler’s keen

Lots of treats
What ever I want
Delicious meats
Or a jam custard crassant

Dive into a pool
Or private beach
Calm and cool
With a soda in reach

Now time for a sleep
In my four poster bed
Nice and deep
My favourite colour red.

Poem of the Day

poet Rupert Brooke

If I should die, think only this of me:
That there's some corner of a foreign field
