A Ripened Age Poem by Paul Perkins

A Ripened Age

Rating: 5.0

I've reached a ripened age of little left to save.
Value - Importance - Need
All words that slowly or rapidly can change in meaning.
The gift we have within is living in peace without.
Receive freely without charge. There are no expectations
from the golden years. The years are golden not because
of fortunes once grasped, but by what the soul has grasped
and now can be released.
