A Rose Kissed I Unknowingly



A rose, garden fresh red rose
Kissed I unknowingly
And now after having kissed her
Interspersed with the dew drops,
Lament I,
Why did I a rose,
Impressing a kiss
On her soft-petalled cheeks?
