A haunting melody
Stirs too often.
Edify to obviate
Or find me an asylum
In desiccated well
Beneath the creeper
A venomous snake
Patiently lays for prey
A plant pops up
Over a parched trunk
and an unknown vulture
Awaits its quarry
Daunting drought
Of desert dances
Spurting ravenous fire
Singing in pathos tune
A night sans moon
and sullen dark clouds
a rapacious thunderbolt
Destined to doom
A haunting melody
Stirs too often.
Edify to obviate
Or find me an asylum
