You would just not believe
The fun that we all had
At our quaint fashion show
The apparel was not a fad
Brilliant colors and ruffles too
Oh my, they strutted around
Really dressed to the hilt
On our Spanish Cove ground
Our fisherman had an outfit
That was perfect to explore
Hat, vest and a grin
We just could not ignore
And the ladies were so pretty
Why we even had a nurse
With all of her nurses garb
You should have seen her rehearse
Ladies wore dresses of fashion
From a time – well I’m not sure
I guess they were finished though
Before they went out the door
But I have to tell you, folks
The man in a shirt of pink
Wearing a box on his lower half
What in the world would YOU think?
Ah, then we had our Tin man
You know, from the Wizard of Oz
A guy so very clever
What would have been the odds?
You all should have been here
Our talented folks all aglow
For we all had tremendous fun at
Our Spanish Cove fashion show!
