Tripping not only a local trip
Sleeping not over the health
Up and above the competition
Of free thought and conscience
Creating a space for one's own self.

Drinking to health, eating to health
Breathing to health, if you are alive
Whole universe lives, walks and talks
Doing yoga, as a challenge to keep fit
Making a mark, just not in one's lane
But, across the world of life-fullness.

Simply good and divine food is on hand
On demand every here and there
A slice of every one's life-
One has to just avoid the poor quality-
‘To strive, to seek, to find and not to yield'.

All victories begin with a dream
And that is very close to everyone
Yoga goes beyond physical exercise
Instantly, becoming a spiritual activity.
