A Summer Gone Poem by Sheldon Moore

A Summer Gone

In a dream I was afloat
On a billowy craft
Searching for a summer gone
Much to quickly
And strangely

Was it whisked away
By the autumn wind
Or did Father Time
Pluck it from me
When I was unaware
