A Tribute To Kalpana Chawla - An Astronaught

Out of the blue, appeared a galaxy of seven stars,
They outshine others in the milky way since that day!
While on the mid-path they retraced back to stars,
All smiling Kalpana with six astronaughts in full gay!
She dreamt and dreamt a sojourn at Moon and Mars,
Mortal she, turned in a flash immortal to achieve!
Immortal has no fatigue and decay that bars,
No space and time can defy what she perceive,
Fast track she chosen for her avocation,
The Met-Sat assume her new address!
Heavenly environ best suite her vocation,
As she graces Satellites, need no redress!

Behind her innocent smile hidden the Everest!
We resolve to keep up her smile, doing our best! !
