'A Walls Perspective' Poem by Infinity Poetry

'A Walls Perspective'

I see the two of you prance through the door
Seconds seem like hours, she can't wait anymore
You attack each other with 100's of kisses
You talk about your day, she attentively listens

I see you sing to her while playing your guitar
I see you pretend you're a rock star
I see that she loves it, she listens to you
'I would sacrifice this world to hold you'

I noticed how she stares when you look away
You do it too, oh the games you two play
I hear the exchange of 'I love you'
I see true love when I look at you two

I heard her confess her deepest secret
I know you well enough to believe you'll keep it
I heard you say that you want this to last
I saw her eyes light up when you said that

You get upset when she leaves
But she comes right back, you're thick as thieves
I see the welcoming hugs, it's a beautiful sight
I noticed that the two of you never fight

I watch her kiss you after you fall asleep
Have you noticed she holds you all night, it's sweet
I see her head resting on your chest
But it's the beat of your heart she loves the best

I see everything when you turn off the light
I see you love her throughout the night
I see you two play, she loves your touch
I noticed you love each other, oh so much

I hear her laugh at all your jokes
I saw your name all over her notes
I watch you two take pictures, she saves them all
I see that next to you she stands tall

But what do I know? I'm just a wall
