~A whirlpool of richness, A depth full of dreams.

~So green! So green!
Beyond green, beneath green.
A whirlpool of richness,
A depth full of dreams
Of forests and grass
Of tunes from a Lass
Mingling and Dancing,
Strokes, glints,
A vision so rich,
So lavish
So deep
A hurricane,
Emeralds and Malachites
Malachites and Emeralds
Of Jungles and wild
Of serious
And Mild
The soul lay naked
For all to see
And lost became she
In a sea
Of Green
Not green.
No, Life
Of stories so rife
Of journeys through life.
So beautiful
So clear
So blurred
So near.
Of songs in the summer,
Of one to another
Of one to another
Of one to another
Of one
And back
So Bright! So Green!
So pure and serene.
Such sparkle, such glitter!
Such depth in a mirror.
Such elegance,
So intricate
A passion of limitless.
Each mark
Each streak
So powerful
Yet meek.
Blended and blended
A green so stunning
So blissful
So heavenly
A breeze of tomorrow
So warm
With wisdom
And deepness
Understanding and passion
Passion and hopeful
Hopeful and aspiring
Aspiring into a land
Of Jade
And the grass of a blade
Of grass
so green.
A whirlpool of richness,
A depth full of dreams.

Poem of the Day

poet Emily Jane Brontë

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
I never caused a thought of gloom
A smile of joy since I was born

In secret pleasure - secret tears
