Accept Myself
I guess that I will just have to
Accept myself the way I am
And not keep thinking
That I have to be like everyone else
It seems to be a problem
That I will have to live with
But sometimes it just
Seems to be so hard
Living in reality is very hard especially when you're the one who cannot accept who you really are. Look at the things you have in a different way - God gave it to you, so learn to appreciate it. Everyone is unique, and so your poetry - it's a gift from Him.: -)
Yes I agree with you, sometimes it seems just so hard. Bravo for your courage and keep going.
