Accused Without Trial Poem by Julia West (julesx 64)

Guilty looks without being heard,
Judgements without saying a word.
Allegations without understanding how?
Footprints through paths where others - unseen - have tread,
Uncertain outcomes - Hopes for best, Fears for worse, Days end - still the Dread...
Feels like 2007 living through a curse,
Illness, Fear, Worry, Uncertainty is worse.
Intimidation, Bullying, Self esteem all time Low,
Cannot leave as nowhere left qualified to go.
Must try to forget months of pain in recent past,
Why those who are accusing - dont seem to work very fast.
To pick myself up, survive once again,
Another dent in Life's armour - Refusing to fold under the strain.
I am hopeful that rainbows will follow the hint of sunshine through hard rain.
Through this minefield of Life I continue to tred.
A wish for the Sadness and allegations to be overturned
Wishes in my heart for good lessons to be learned.
A larger prayer still, that soon life will send more happiness and thrills,
Good things, Happy times, Laughter complete with Bows and Frills! .
