Add-On Poem: 2 Poem by William McBride

Add-On Poem: 2

'My Add-On Poem: 2'

It is best to have that fear of knowing more
Since my vision is becoming your vision.
Must our glories be disproved
By those who make life into a game?
O, for just another fresh way
To wind ourselves through this cosmos
And play for nothing else but eternity.
Your soul to prove,
In the end, considerate of our space.
Today, a bridesmaid
The landfolk to seek;
The deathly and ancient path.
Minding to my own song
As I deliver it over to that stooping Sandman!
At a blank with one more over my bed,
The moon growing lovelier.
Netzah was here.
A high and worthy monument,
All else too far down
To see who lies where
Displaced from one vast kingdom into another.
God's home run,
The King's victory over all space.
What's the news after there is no more?
We roar when shut out from it more
Singing of our tiny war.
