Adrenaline Poem by Amanda Michelle Norris

Adrenaline

It gives him the rush that he’s become so addicted to
As he presses the paddle and speeds off
The adrenaline fires through his veins
A guilty pleasure, that fuels him
His heart strikes into his throat
Inside he feeds the need
The Hungry, The Thrill, The Speed
