Be still, be quiet, be heard, be seen
And all the sayings in between,
Don't laugh don't smile don't frown or gloat
Don't run don't walk don't rock the boat,
Insist, deny, ignore, or greet,
If you have to jump then use both feet,
Break rules not hearts, believe or doubt,
Rest assured, or live without
Advise, Dont talk, speak loud, stay silent
Be wise, be foolish but never violent,
Be brave, hide well, stand easy stand tall
Advice will ask of you them all
