This too will pass
It always does
But like a wave rolling back into the sea
It will take away many things you gave to me
The fragile shells of your love,
The scattered sands of my dreams,
Some remains of a relationship
And what is left of an amorous feast
But after all is gone I will continue to stand
Knowing there will always be lots of sand
Dreams of castles will always be mine
And after every storm the sun will shine
