Attention!
You please
Friends
You're not
A common man
All of you
The statesmen!

Elected
Or nominated
Representatives
Of the people
Becoming
Non-serious
And dishonest
Choosing
Not to be
Answerable
To people
Of Native land.

Now that
Nation weeps!
And the martyrs
Peep
Through
From heaven
Declaring-
‘No one above you
MLA's and MP's! '

Why?
Temptations
Of narrowness
Showing
Disrespect
To high values
Defying
Sovereign Piece
Of the Paper.

Why?
Lacking
Political-will
May be it
One or the other
Political Party
True spirit of
Democracy
Failing.

Why?
Posing
Threats that
A common man
So heavy feels
Leaving
Far behind
High standards
Of the Turban
Laying
In SAVASAN
Falling asleep
Still breathing
And the soil is
Mortified
Of such
Hopeless deeds.

Superior
Fraternity
Please take
Cognizance
Thereof-
Intolerance
Bearing
And tearing
Unhappy
Consequences
Tolerating
The riots
And scams
The blasts
And terror
Attacks
Watching
Still the cost
Of whole debate
Going waste
Having a sight
But no vision.

A salary
For no work
Or
Entertainment
Forgetting
Duty supreme
Towards
Mother land
Isn't it?
A big shame.
