Aliveness Poem by Dorsey Baker

Aliveness

his flesh
her flesh
you can hear
steaming hot
skin
screaming
in the darkness
longing to
come together
and touch one another!
thick walls
cannot muffle
the sound
these urgent voices make
passion and desire
is relentless
in its march to victory
without being naked
they cannot
wash themselves clean
