Alone
I am alone
The world is a cruel series of events
Each linked with suffering
I've come to terms with my pain
I'll admit
It wore on me at first
But everyone must hurt
No one is invincible
Pain keeps us in check
Keeps sight of reality
Some carry a heavier burden than most
I most certainly am some
I am alone
