Alone Poem by Mercedes Chisolm

Do you feel alone even though ur friends are right there beside you?
I do.
Even though we laugh, joke and talk, i feel alone.
Alone in my own black puddle of tears at my feet.
Millions of people surround me and i'm still alone.
Everyone is just like mindless, emotionless, and deaf whispers in the wind blowing around my head.
I hear them but not really.
The thing is though, i'm the opposite.
I'm full of emotion, my mind is constantly moving, thinking, and full, and i'm not deaf, i hear it all, the discust in their voices.
