Alone Poem by LoneWolf Paw

Alone

Rating: 5.0

A full moon that’s crimson red
Blades of grass
Stained with blood.

The pain, never shared
Though you’re not sure
How long you can last.
You cling,
but there’s no anchor
Only you,
struggling, alone.

Alone
that word haunts you.
Makes you lay awake
Every night, in fear.
And when your eyes close
And your breathing evens in sleep
Nightmares take you in a tight grip
Making you wake up, screaming.
No one's there to help.
Alone...
Alone...
Alone...
