I remember the day our love died
With your cruel words
I tried to hide
Tried to run from the truth
The truth that you no longer cared

My pleas were unheard
My tears ignored
It's my love you flee
I know its me you fear
Trying to find safety in the cold, lonely night

You can't run away
You can't hide from me
My love will follow wherever you roam
I will always haunt you
Always love you
