Ambiguity Poem by Ojo Tumise Emmanuel

Ambiguity

Rating: 5.0

What is life meant to be?
Is it meant to live?
I can't just believe
Is this meant for me?

Swan I; purposefully
About the destination, I know fully
Do I have to stop; discontinue the whole story?
For the most high assumes as Monopoly.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This poem, with a gross usage of rhetorical question portrays the vagueness of life. Human beings plan what to become in life but as time goes on, all the plans are forfeited due to some circumstances of life. Therefore, it is only God of heaven that can assign what man will become and where man will get to in life.
