Amourish Boorish Stew Poem by Randy Ashby

Amourish Boorish Stew

My love for you is a scorned flower,
Beautiful and yet not without power,
Vengeance stirs in the ivory tower,
In the shadows I am left to cower,

Fear abounds in the moonlight hour,
The taste left behind seems so sour,
Please try not to be incredibly dour,

All I wanted was an equal partner,
Instead I became a lazy gardener,

Love is magic when it takes flight.

'Love is magic when it takes flight..' This is an eternal sentence and on a lighter note ... your marriage of partner and gardener is delightful..
