Amy And The Sea Poem by Christopher Correia

Amy And The Sea

Rating: 5.0

Amy is alone, but not lonely
Floating naked on the buoyant sea
Needing no mortal to take her
To the places she wants to be
She once was called ‘BATEL’
The daughter of God;
Princess of the endless heaven
Now she covers her satin skin
With salt and fragrant sand,
And gives her body to the wind
