An Amazing Story

It's really an amazing story
Sometimes when we look back
Here we thought we were off course
But God He had our back
God was always in control
And though sometimes we lost it
The thought of Him ever wavering
His mind had never crossed it

The ups and downs the wherewithal
He knew them every step
He orchestrated all the detours
Which to us were unknown as yet
When I try to fathom all the ways
That God has blessed so far
How miniscule I thought of them
Yet shows how much He cared

God is always on the move
To bring the lost one's home
He knows every intricate detail
Too use too woo each one
And so look back with reflection
Has He been seeking you
Turn to Him in prayer right now
Lord... What will Thou have me do?

Yours is an amazing story
The half is yet to be told
How He brought you to the Cross
To let His blessings unfold
That God in Christ was Crucified
He died on a cruel tree
So that your sins may be completely forgiven
The amazing story of Calvary!
