An Angel In The Dark Poem by Saumya Varshney

An Angel In The Dark

There's a good in every bad,
A smile in every sad.
Words in every silent mouth,
Seeds of love yet to sprout.
God doesn't differentiate,
Boundaries and divides, men create.
So why not let happiness shine in the darkest hour?
Give the weak freedom and power.
Don't call the evil cruel and sly.
He's just lonely, ask him why.
A devil cannot end another.
Judging each other takes it further.
Every soul has something to say.
Some do not speak but if they may,
hear them out they're just like you.
See the world with a different view.
There resides an angel in every devil's shack,
You just need to call her back.
