An Astronomer To His Love Poem by Reyvrex Questor Reyes

An Astronomer To His Love

You are my star, so brighter than the rest
Like Arcturus, you beckon to my eyes
As shine the Quarks and Mouns that line the crest
Of Quantum, nanoseconds till it dies

My love expands with Time and Space
Unbounded as the Open Universe
Though meteorites would fall, it won't deface
And like the Moon's orbit, cannot reverse.

As comets we will cruise in Cosmic Space
Yet to return, as due our Cyclic rate
Our hearts, with each other, now beat in pace
In constancy that is without abate

Should fate decree we'd be light years apart
A Wormhole I'll conjure, towards your side
Should we crumble to Cosmic Dust, and part,
Like Blackholes we'll become, wanting inside.
