An Estranged Rabbit Poem by Raihan sharif

An Estranged Rabbit

Rating: 4.7

Rubbing the admired border between work and non-work,
Groping the meaning of waiting,
I keep returning time and again to this earth and grass.
A hungry shadow of a big blue eagle
Engulfs the whole human settlement.

A cluster of poisonous arrows
Chasing fast from horizon to horizon.
No faith in herbals, black myrobalans
Gushing smokes shaping all of unconscious.
An estranged rabbit learning
Few popular tricks of the helpless dance

How long I haven’t look for
Fogs in the mirror
I just stare with
A pair of starry eyes
Since eternity to the world!

I'm sure a rabbit may possess more wisdom than this. If not, it is one of God's least creatures. GW62
