(! ! !) An Intruder Poem by Alice Cuenca

(! ! !) An Intruder

Rating: 2.8

A loon,
glides to and fro
disturbs
the steady
rippling,
sinking its own
shadow.
Lost in
the deep.
Through dark

Water,
fearing death
where rocks
are hostile

Souls,
untouched by
light.
