An Old Dog Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

An Old Dog

Rating: 5.0

Winter night!
Everybody is deep asleep,
The heinous devil is ready
To perpetrate the crime,
But an old dog is alert,
It is barking continuously,
As it has already smelt
The dark desire of the obnoxious devil.

What a wonderful and smart dog. Dogs are indeed useful to men. They give us protection and joy. A lovely poem well crafted.

Smelled the skunk, did he? We must live on the authorized path for skunks- -we can smell 'em coming and smell 'em going. They smell so badly that even the dogs won't bark at them!
