And She Cried Poem by Victoria Lyn

And She Cried

And she cried and wanted more, as women often do
Unity
Just a small miracle, harmony

And the wind whispered, as the wind often does
Allusions
Just a hint of a dream

And she cried and wished with her soul, as the desperate often do
Honor
Just a little gem, respect

And the sparrows sang, as sparrows often do
Freedom
Just a whit of independence

And she cried and from her tears sprang a paracosm, as lost souls often create
Truth
Just a fabricated fantasy that contains all
