Angel

God sent me an angel
He heard my cry, the cry of a broken heart
He blessed me with his love
And kept me close
God had given me this angel
and with him he had a gift
It was a key, a key that he held close
Close to his heart and would never let it go
Yes, it was indeed the key to my heart
God had given me this angel
and forever he would stay in my life
God had given me an angel
And he was everything i wanted
It was you
