Anger

This discontentment lingers on to no end
Drowning emotions suffocate my hope
Without a God to fall back to

Death is so tasteful today
yesterday
tomorrow

Where a million non answer questions i still possess
I dare not to ask in vain
Whats the use!

I want to scream so loud
Afraid i won't stop
Afraid to give in to my anger

This hard times
Their breaking my spirit
Leaving me blind to see closure

New found treasures here
Have always become fools gold
And still I stay another day

In hopes
Maybe today
Will be a good day to die

Poem of the Day

poet Christina Georgina Rossetti

Where sunless rivers weep
Their waves into the deep,
She sleeps a charmed sleep:
Awake her not.
Led by a single star,
