Anger Poem by Brittany Mischel

Anger

I shrike with fear! He strikes me once,
no twice, by the third i get tired,
i scream for you to stop, but no
you just make it worse. My lips are bleeding
my eyes are red, my makeup smears,
you finally stop,
you say your sorry,
but i dont believe you,
i say okay you won
just so you wont get angry.
I flinch when you stick your arms out,
You keep saying your sorry,
You hold me Tight and say it will all be okay.
You say you won't do it again.
I shake my head and say okay,
My tears start to flow so freely now, i dont believe you thats the samd that that happened last time, you made taht same promise,
But here we are again, and again.
