Another Day In The Life
I read the news today
Oh boy
This unlucky woman
About a mile away
And yes this news is rather sad
Well, I just cannot laugh
There was no photograph
Another anonymous drive-on-by
She was tending to her children’s toys
Police were summoned they arrived on high
We’ve seen her face before
Nobody is really certain; do we feel safe anymore...
