Another Great Deed Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Another Great Deed

Rating: 5.0

Why do we see at times
This behavior in the world
Where man doesn't see
A fellow being as human?

You did a very fine job indeed
Creating everyone here as equal
As time passed along day after day
Differences kept increasing, know not why.

We know for sure somehow, sometime
You'll bring harmony among us
We urge You to come soon and let it happen
We await Your arrival and You never seem to come.

Having acquired enormous amount of knowledge
Maybe You expect us to realize our follies
Maybe You want us to correct ourselves
Maybe this is another one of Your great deeds.

Men are created equal! But in course of time man is segregated from man! It is unfortunate that people got divided into clans, castes and racial groups with no harmony growing among them. Only God can unite them, but He doesn't come with an immediate action plan. We keep asking why! We are unable to surmise God's plans! We are too small to see his designs and schemes......
