Another Time Poem by Justin Helm

Another Time

grandfathers framed
dark stare case
stumbling halt stare
fists bleed burn
swirling smoke
dim lights plush couches
crazy laughter
ghost eyes trace mine
dance in the night
crackling of records
distant hum of low fi
evaporate out this back door
holding hands
with someone whose not there
