Leadership is not the most important feature of life, so why do we idealise or idolise it?
90% of us live life well enough though we aren't leaders.

Why would I want to be a leader when I am already head of my family? This is where my leadership counts the most.

Let's talk of love, compassion, grace, altruism, humility, tolerance and humanity----these are universal and irreplaceable values that mean infinitely more than leadership.
