As I Fall Into Your Eyes
As I fall into your eyes
all I can see
is myself.
The man that I am
at this stage of my journey.
And the man I long to become.
I see the passionate, sensual lover
grow into the soul-mate.
I see a love that blossoms
with every spring.
I see a woman, arms outstretched
wishing me to fall.
But most of all I see
just how short my journey has been
and how the best part
has only just begun.
