As I Stand Alone
"As I stand alone
under this old tree
letting the hours
just passed me by
listening to the winds
sway its soft branches
and layers of leaves
hearing its melodies
that was created
by the Lord above
for lonely men like me."
Trees are gifts from God to all people, giving courage and energy. Especially to the lonely ones. Great poem!
