As the Sun Sets
As the sun sets behind you
I see the shadow of evil
A consequence of love
And a portrait of life
Hate is a strong word
but so is love
Neither describe what we had
But combined they say it all
A intoxicating scent pours out of you
Poisoning my heart and corrupting my mind
Lies cloud the sky above
Raining depression down on me
