Autum Love Poem by Bette Dalia

Autum Love

The Autumn evening sky vanishes
The old, broken park bench fades away
The ever so green leaves seem to fall,
Fall one at a time
The leafless oak tree passes from my sight
The gold colored spikes I’m standing on turn to the scintillating green
Time stops.
Everything stands still
Each person evaporates before my eyes
With each step I take a flower grows
I have walked a long distance with a sea of flowers behind me
A garden
I close my eyes just for a moment
When I open them,
All I see is,
You and me
In the garden of love we will always walk,
Together

The poem beautifully captures the picture of a love that outshines everything else in life. Nicely phrased and very poetic. Is the title delibrately spelled so? Great work anyways!
