Back Again Poem by Diana van den Berg

Back Again

Back in the singing grass meadows,
To the tune of warm breezes
As sweet as the caress of your whisper-breath
In my eager ears,
Wearing your kisses in my hair
And your smile on my lips
And your feather-soft hands
On my summer-bare shoulders,
I sink my smile into your waiting eyes
That consume me.
