Bad Day Poem by David Darbyshire

Bad Day

Rating: 4.9

It seems on some days
the whole world is against you
you feel really down, in a haze
how long do you have to feel blue?

It depends on the person
and the situation,
with some it will worsen
like an infection

With other's it seems, to wash off,
like water off a ducks back.
A lot are really just tough,
and don't come off the track.

Like the old saying:
'Time heals wounds'
I'm still praying,
there are no rebounds

Remember your title 'Bad Day', that means tomorrow will be better, no rebounds. Take care, Diane
