Where is all the love
I was promised when I was born
All the promises' have been broken
Now my heart bleeds becuz its ripped and torn
I watch on TV how young men die
Fighting a war in the desert sand
They look to the world for compassion
But no one will give them a hand
I want to drive my automobile
But I can't afford to feed my car
But when I drive I fill the air with dust
When I look up I can't see a shinning star
My neighbor won't speak to me
Becuz of the color of my skin
But still I must fight for his freedom
In a bloody war that we can't win
The leaders of the world
Stand divided and won't come together
If the world stood as one
Life would be so much better
The man in the White House
Is running wild and is blinded by green
It seems the moment I was born
I've been living a bad dream
No one seems to care
Becuz no one is able to cope
If we find a leader who is full of love
Then my nightmare will turn into a dream of hope

This is a fine write, it's important that our fallen brothers are remembered..fighting for what we believe is right, yet home life doesn't exist in the same way as it does on the field of war (no difference in any of us - No Divide) ...But back home it's just something soldiers have come a custom to except..and shouldn't have to. Great piece...thanks for sharing best wishes Jon
