Be Happy Poem by Rod Morris

Be Happy

There are times in your life when the road seems so long.

When you think to yourself just what else can go wrong?

You may feel in your heart that it's so hard to win.

That what once made you laugh, cannot now make you grin.

Despairs in the mind like the tunnel of night.

But after the dark you are flooded with light.

Just turn back your mind to the good times you've had
.
To the friends you have made and of why you felt glad.

To those in your life whom you shower with love.

Like the warmth on your back from the sun up above.
Now if you do this you will say without doubt.

Just what in the world was I worried about?
