Beautiful Poem by Dorothy Taylor

Beautiful

I know I am beautiful.
My eyes are deep,
colored like the water swirling
in tendrils around colored coral.
My eyes are light,
colored like the clouds in the sky
shifting around a wisp of wind.
My hair is long,
dancing in the wind like birdsong.
My hair is radiant,
like the glow of the sun on the horizon.
My breasts are large and happy.
My stomach is flat and smooth.
My arms are thin and strong.
My legs are toned and soft.

I know I am beautiful.
How do you make me feel so ugly?
