Bedroom Window
I wish with Mozart on a
Twinkling star
Wonder who and what
You are…
Beyond the reach of
This small Earth
I send my heart
To trail the night
And blaze the way
For paths to cross
In open space
Where Fortune reigns
Where meteors dance
In cosmic dust
A swirl of midnight
In stop-time step
The moon reflecting
With quiet hands
In eyes that speak
My name.
