Don't break my heart
before I give It to you
don't tell me no
before I ask you to
don't say it doesn't fit
before you try it on
there is so much to lose to be wrong
it feels like there's something here
but I want to see it, feel it
before its gone
and if there's something real
between me and you
or are we both open to possibilities
I want to witness love, I want to feel the rush
before it slips through my fingers
like sand
don't say your done
before you have tried
don't give up on love before
you have given into it
but most of all
don't stop loving me before I'm gone
